Exhibitor Information and Guidelines

Vendor registration is now open for the 38th Annual Conference. There are three registration options as outlined below.

• Each tier includes registration for two attendees and a table in the exhibit area.
• Exhibitors will be given the opportunity to select their space in the exhibit area. Selection will be based on tier and made after October 1. Only one organization may utilize each exhibition space.
• Exhibitors must provide high-resolution logos for advertisement purposes within 10 business days of registration.
• All benefits are contingent on receipt of payment.

Hotel accommodations must be booked separately at the vendor's expense.

Ambassador Tier - Limited to One Exhibitor $4,000

• Named sponsor of Wednesday night’s President’s reception with opportunity for brief welcome remarks.
• Ten-minute promotional presentation on Thursday (scheduled at Association’s discretion); can be a sales pitch offering details on the services offered by Ambassador.
• Ambassador-branded conference tote for all attendees (selected at Association’s discretion).
• Ability to add branded items to tote (Ambassador-provided). Items must be received at the hotel or by a member of the Association’s board in advance of the event.
• Advertisement on conference website and agenda.
• Priority promotion in conference emails.
• Spotlight promotion email to all conference attendees (Ambassador-provided text).

This tier is not available after Friday, August 23.

Partner Tier – Limited to Two Exhibitors $2,000

• Named sponsor of one breakfast.
• Five-minute promotional presentation on Thursday or Friday (scheduled at Association’s discretion); can be a sales pitch offering details on the services offered by Partner.
• Ability to add branded items in conference tote (Partner-provided). Items must be received at the hotel or by a member of the Association’s board in advance of the event.
• Advertisement on conference website and agenda.
• Promotion in conference emails.

This tier is not available after Friday, September 13.

Supporter Tier – Limited to Eight Exhibitors $1,000

• Ability to add branded items in conference tote (Supporter-provided). Items must be received at the hotel or by a member of the Association’s board in advance of the event.
• Advertisement on conference website.
• Promotion in conference emails.

This tier is not available after Monday, September 30.
